Ok, so yesterday we did a experiment with the Nestle tollhouse cookie recipe, you know, the one on the back of the chocolate chips? Ok, years ago I used to make these cookies, only to have to scoop them off the baking tray, because they were so thin after coming out of the oven. Years later I started to understood more about the science of ingredients and my cookies were turning out nice, but still not what I wanted in my cookies. Gourmet is what we have been looking to achieve. We just wanted to share our experience with using our new cake pop stand! Wow, we just loved it! The only suggestion we do have when using it, start putting your pops in the middle of the stand to make it easier when placing the pops all in the tray. Other than that, we highly recommend using one!

As we have been anxiously awaiting for our cake pop stand to arrive, it did just that today! It is so nice, sturdy and even has little rubber buttons on the bottom so the stand will not move! Thank you CakePopStand.com, all the gourmet bakers are excited!
